Is it safe for my 1.5 year old grandson to sit in his stroller in the garage with the door up during the eclipse while my daughter and I watch the eclipse with our safe eclipse glasses?

I don’t understand why it would NOT be.  The eclipse will not have any bearing on his safety unless he looks at the Sun without eye protection.
